To make the marinade:

  1. Chicken lollipops (6 pcs)
  2. Soya Sauce – 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
  3. Chilli Sauce – 2 teaspoons
  4. Tomato ketchup – 2 teaspoons
  5. Juice of half lemon
  6. Pepper
  7. Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt -1 teaspoon
  9. Egg
  10. Corn flour – 1 tablespoon
  11. Maida – 1 tablespoon

To make the sauce:

  1. Oil – 2 teaspoons
  2. Ginger and garlic (finely chopped)
  3. Red Chillies (chopped)
  4. Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon
  5. Chilli sauce – 2 tablespoons
  6. Tomato ketchup – 2 tablespoons
  7. Water
  8. Fried chicken lollipops
  9. Chopped spring onions


Making of marinade:

  1. Take boul and put 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of soya sauce, 2 teaspoons Chilli sauce, 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup.
  2. Now add the juice of half lemon, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, some crushed pepper, 1 egg slightly beaten, 1 tablespoon cornflour, and 1 tablespoon maida.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Let all the chicken lollipops soak the marinade and let them sit for an hour.
  5. Now take a Kadai, pour some oil in it.
  6. Keep the flame on low and deep-fry the chicken lollipops.
  7. After frying all the lollipops keep them aside.

Making of the sauce:

  1. Take a pan and pour 2 teaspoons of oil.
  2. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic, and a few chopped red chilies. Mix well.
  3. Now add 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 2 tablespoons chili sauce, and 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup.
  4. Add some water ( just to dilute the sauce a little bit).
  5. Now give it a mix.
  6. Take the fried chicken lollipops and put them in the sauce ( make sure the chicken pieces are nicely coated with the sauce).
  7. Keep the flame on low and let the pieces absorb the sauce properly.
  8. Add some spring onions.
  9. Your chicken lollipops are ready to eat. Serve it hot and enjoy your food.
