Introduction:

Butter chicken is also known as Murgh makhani. Butter chicken could be a mildly spiced Indian chicken curry. It is a curry of chicken in a very spiced tomato, butter, and white sauce . Once the sauce is ready , the marinated and roasted chicken is chopped and added to that. The chicken is then roasted or baked. It is most popular and loved in India.  It is amongst the top Indian dishes and rightfully deserves it to everyone.

Butter chicken originates from northern India. Time and experimentation have inspired many various versions of the recipe which may be found online, many using a form of different spices. 11.Tomato paste200 grams
12.Cream100 grams
13.lemon 1 small piece
14.Sour yogurt1/2 cup

Method:

  • Bring the chicken and also the remainder of the marinade ingredients together in a very large bowl.
  • Take the boneless chicken and cut it into small pieces.
  • For a similar, take an outsized bowl and blend together yogurt, onion paste, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, sugar, salt, green cardamoms, black cardamoms, and mace powder.
  • Add pieces of raw chicken to the bowl and mix well.
  • Add marinated chicken pieces, salt, fresh cream, and blend well.
  • To make sure that the consistency is not too thick, add some water to the mixture. Now add sliced green chilies, crushed fenugreek leaves, and let it simmer for couple of minutes.
  • Transfer the dish to a serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves and cream.
  • This butter chicken recipe is easy-to-make and may be made by using simple ingredients available within the kitchen.
  • Butter chicken is prepared , garnish with some more butter and serve hot with chapatti or Naan.
