8. Chili powder1/4 tablespoon
9. Cumin powder1/4 tablespoon
10.Chaat masala1/6 tablespoon
11.Salt1/6 tablespoon
12.Chopped tomato 1/4 tablespoon
13. Sev1 tablespoon
14. chopped coriander1/4 tablespoon

Making Process:

  1. Keep all the ingredients ready before beginning to make papdi chaat.
  2. Have boiled potatoes and black chickpeas.
  3. Firstly, on a serving plate take 4 papdi.
  4. To prepare homemade papdi using wheat flour
  5. Top with 1 tablespoon potato and 1 tablespoon chickpea\kaabulee chana.
  6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped onions.
  7. Now take 2 tablespoons of whisked curd and drizzle over it.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of green chutney and 1 tablespoon of tamarind chutney.
  9. Sprinkle flavorer, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
  10. Add 1/4 tablespoon onion and 1/4 tablespoon tomato.
  11. Add 1/4 tablespoon of more curd, 1 tsp green chutney, and 1 tsp tamarind chutney.
  12. Top with 1 tablespoon sev and garnish with 1/4 tablespoon coriander.
  13. Ready the papdi chaat.
  14. Enjoy the papdi chaat with a hot cup of coffee.
